Update identity

Update your government ID, passport, or other identity information after expiry or a legal name change.

If your government ID has expired or you have been issued a new document, you must update your identity record to maintain full account access.

Keeping your identity information current is a requirement for ongoing compliance.

  • Upload the front and back of your new ID document.
  • Ensure the document is valid and not expired.
  • Verification typically completes within 24 hours.
