Reset 2FA

Submit a support request from your login account if you have lost access to your two-factor authenticator or your codes no longer work.

If you can no longer access your two-factor authentication (2FA) app, submit a 2FA reset request using the account email you use to log in to RutoWallet.

After support verifies that you own the account, we will remove the existing 2FA setup from your account so you can sign in and configure a new authenticator.

  • Send the request from your registered login email whenever possible.
  • Include a short explanation, such as lost phone, changed device, or authenticator app removed.
  • Support may ask for additional KYC or identity verification before removing 2FA.
  • Once 2FA is removed, set up a new authenticator immediately to keep your account protected.
