Disable account

Request a manual account disable or temporary suspension from our support team (different from self-serve account closure).

If you need to temporarily suspend your account access for security or personal reasons, our support team can manually disable it.

A disabled account cannot be logged into until it is manually reactivated by our team.

  • Specify if the disable request is urgent due to a security threat.
  • Verify your identity via your registered email.
  • Note that automated withdrawals or orders will also be halted.
