Report fraud

We take fraud seriously, whether it's a scam site using our name, a bad actor on our platform, or anyone misusing our brand. Report it and we'll fight it.

Our stance on fraud

RutoWallet maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraud in all its forms. This includes scam websites operating under names similar to ours, individuals misusing our brand to deceive the public, and any bad actors engaging in fraudulent conduct on our platform.

If a website, group, or individual is using our name, logo, or brand to deceive people, we consider that a direct attack on our users and our reputation. We pursue bad actors through every available channel, including cooperation with law enforcement, blockchain analytics, and legal action.

If you have encountered fraud, whether it is ongoing or occurred in the past, we encourage you to come forward. Your report directly contributes to protecting our community and holding bad actors accountable.

You may submit a fraud report through either of the following channels:

  1. 1Without an account: Send an email with your supporting evidence to fraud-hunt@rutowallet.com
  2. 2With an account: Use the ticket option in your Dashboard to submit a report directly. Verified reports that contribute to confirmed fraud cases may be eligible for a community reward.
