Correct your legal name or date of birth on your profile. Supporting documentation may be required.
Legal name or date of birth corrections require proof of identity. We cannot process these changes based on verbal requests alone.
Once updated, your profile will reflect the information exactly as it appears on your legal documents.
- Attach a clear photo of your passport, national ID, or driver's license.
- If the change is due to marriage or legal name change, include the relevant certificate.
- Only minor corrections or legal name changes are permitted. Transferring an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
