How password reset works
Resetting your password is a quick three-step process. You will need access to the email address registered to your account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact our support team directly.
For security reasons, reset codes expire after a short period. Make sure to complete the process in one session.
Reset your password
Enter your email address
Go to the Reset Password page and enter the email address associated with your account. Complete the security verification and click Send Reset Code.

Check your inbox for a reset code from RutoWallet. Enter the code on the verification page. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Set your new password
Choose a strong, unique password you have not used before. Avoid using the same password across multiple platforms. Once saved, you can log in immediately.
Tips for a strong password
- Use at least 12 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid using your name, birthday, or common words.
- Do not reuse passwords from other accounts or platforms.
- Consider using a password manager to generate and store secure passwords.
- Enable two-factor authentication after resetting for added security.
