Change residential address
Update your home address and submit acceptable Proof of Address documentation when required.
Updating your residential address may trigger a requirement for new Proof of Address (PoA) documentation.
Acceptable documents include utility bills, bank statements, or government letters dated within the last 3 months.
- Enter your new address exactly as it appears on your PoA document.
- Upload a high-resolution scan or photo of the document.
- Ensure your full name and the date are clearly visible.
