Your email address is your login and the primary way we contact you. Here is how to update it and what to expect.
Your email is your login
Your email address is used to log in, receive security codes, and get important account notifications. Changing it affects all of these. Make sure the new address is one you actively use and have full access to.
How email changes work
Email address changes are handled by our support team for security reasons. We do not allow self-service email changes through the app to prevent unauthorized account takeovers.
To request a change, you need to contact us from your current registered email address with proof of identity. We will verify your request and process the change within 36 to 48 hours.
How to request an email change
Send a request from your current email
Email us from the address currently registered to your account. Requests sent from a different address cannot be verified and will not be processed.

In your email, include your full name, your current registered email, the new email address you want to use, and a brief reason for the change.
Identity verification
Our team may ask you to verify your identity before processing the change. This is to protect your account from unauthorized modifications.
Change confirmed
Once verified, we will update your email address and send a confirmation to both your old and new address. You can then log in using the new email.

While email changes require support, you can update the following directly from your Security settings:
- Your login password (Security page, Change Password section)
- Your transaction passcode (Security page, Transaction Passcode section)
- Two-factor authentication settings (Security page, 2FA section)
- Notification preferences (Security page, Notifications section)
- Active device sessions (Security page, Active Devices section)
